Personnel policy
Purpose
To establish clear guidelines and requirements for employee behavior and responsibilities in regard to security, confidentiality, and integrity.
Scope
This policy covers all 51直播 employees including interns, contractors, part-time and full-time staff.

Reference Checks
As part of its hiring process, 51直播 does not perform criminal background checks, but does employ a reference check process for prospective employment candidates prior to or within 30 days of their hire date.
Security Awareness training
All employees must complete 51直播鈥檚 information security awareness training as part of their initial onboarding and thereafter, while still under contract, on an annual basis.
Performance Reviews
All full time employees must complete an annual Performance Review, the results of which are signed and dated by both the employee and their manager, and uploaded to the employee鈥檚 personnel files in the HR system.
Roles and responsibilities
51直播鈥檚 People Operations team is responsible for conducting reference checks and managing the performance review process. The Security Team is responsible for security awareness training assignments.
